As a qualified Reflexologist and member of the Reflexology Association of Australia, I am passionate about nurturing the mind, body and soul.

 

My journey began at the Auckland School of Reflexology where I was awarded an honours Diploma in Reflexology.

 

In addition to Foot, Hand & Ear Reflexology I also have certifications in Palliative Care Reflexology (& have spent many an hour rubbing the feet of patients and family members at the Mercy Hospice in Auckland), Advanced Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Foot Reading & Pet Reflexology & Reiki (my other passion...rubbing the paws of our furry friends).

 

With more than a decade of experience working with the community, the elderly, those with disabilities and for the last few years with my beautiful clients in my practice here in Toronto, I find fulfillment in providing nurturing & compassionate care.

 

I feel so lucky to reside here on the beautiful shores of Lake Macquarie!
