What Should I Expect at My First Session?

The first 15 minutes of this session is a meet & greet & consultation where we discuss how I can better understand your needs & how I can best help you on your individual healing journey.

It also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.

The consultation is followed by the relaxing & nurturing treatment you have chosen for today.

What Should I Wear?

It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing so that you feel nice & relaxed.

For Foot Reflexology you will need to remove socks, stockings, shoes & toe rings & the therapist will usually roll up your trouser legs a little.

For Hand Reflexology it is advisable to remove rings, bracelets & watches.

For Ear Reflexology & Head Massage it is advisable to remove earrings, sunglasses, hair ties, scarves & jackets.

What Might I Expect to Feel during the Session?

Reflexology is a gentle & nurturing  therapy.

A firm but gentle pressure is applied & while most people tend to fall into a deep & relaxing state of sleep during the session, sometimes a reflex may feel a little tender if a particular part of the body is out of balance.
